Greetings HAMBers, I've been mostly a spectator until now. Yesterday I closed a deal on a SWEET '54 Chevy 210 I found in Michigan! 54,000 original miles, stock except for the paint. The previous owner passed away and I promised his family that I would take good care of her. Ain't she a beaut? My son is a natural gearhead at 4.75 years old (as he puts it), and I think this will be the perfect project to keep him on the path to Gearhead Greatness. Thanks in advance for all the collective wisdom I'll be tapping into here on the HAMB!! And now I'm off to buy a HAMB t-shirt so I look like I know what I'm doing in the garage...
Welcome from Orland Park. Looks like you're off to a good start with that Chevy. You have one of the most popular cars on this forum. Now all you need is a split exhaust manifold and some duals and let er bark!

Hate to see her go, but I found my dream car and I'm changing gears a bit. My "Betty" is for sale! I'm hoping that she finds a good home! I made a promise to the previous owner and I'd like someone to carry it on! Super-clean for a car that has spent it's life in the Midwest. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/1954-chevy-150-57000-original-miles.1030621/
