Been lurking and looking for a ride, finally pulled the trigger on a 53 chevy. not much to look at at the moment but runs and drives. Drove 250 miles home without any problems ( very happy about that one) from southern Indiana to Chicagoland.

My first car in a long time... been working on the two wheel variety for awhile. Decided to take the plung and see what I can do.

Plans... mechanically sound, drop, patch panels, drive.... and spruce up that 235 a bit.

Know the picture is crap, but I was seeing if I could actually fit the car in my garage with my wifes SUV too.

    thanks
    Brad

its actually pretty solid, rust around the rear wheels and gravel guards. not a hard fix at all. Plan on new floor pans. Some one had riveted steel on top of the rusted floor spots.
