I'd like to thank Luke Karosi for including my car in Kustoms Illustrated #32, and for giving me the cover!! I was very excited and honored when Luke contacted me about shooting my car for the mag, but I never expected to be on the cover, I was speechless..The feature is great, the story surrounding my car still brings a tear to my eye, and its great to see that immortilized in what is the best mag available today.. Thank you Luke, I am forever greatful...
Congrats! To be in Kustom's Illustrated is something I'm shooting for with my Caddy. Just told the wife that the other day in fact. It's a motivator. I better get back out into the garage...
as someone who lived in your area and was able to see that car transform thru the years, i can say you did an amazing job and the coverage is well deserved! not alot of people are willing to take the risks you did in building a radical full custom. most opt for the "safe" mild custom route. the design and vision used to build are one of a kind. congrats!
i want to thank luke for picking bob,s car it,s a great car that has alot of history with bob and it get,s better and better each time i see it. Also bob,s one of the young guns in jerzery that are keeping customs alive
Kongrats!! I've enjoyed watching the build updates on the HAMB. Looking forward to reading the feature. Happy Trails, Mick
Well deserved, Bob...Congrats!!! I can't wait to get my copy...now you have me camped by the mailbox again!!
Your car is way out there.Got my copy this morning, great article and another superb postcard for my wall. Congratulations. Paul
I saw your car two years ago at Lead East and really liked it. It turned out great! It has some nice details on it; my favorites are the old ISCA decal in the window, the chrome tape on the roof, and the plastic on the taillights. That last one is a really cool trick that you don't see anywhere these days, except in the old magazines. Nice job!
Thank you man, I sure appreciate it! I'm friends with Ray, he sent me a photo of both of your cars together, it really looked like something from an old magazine. Congratulations!
Awesome issue. Man I wish Luke would go Bi-monthly soon. I hate only seing it 4 times a year. I have a goal to one day have a car in that magazine.
Ray is a great guy, we go way back...I'm still waiting to see those pictures he took, looking forward to it...
