Thank you for the kind words ... it was great meeting you !
I picked up a 48” finger break shortly after your purchase.

Well now that you have asked... I’m not sitting around ! That’s for sure.
Motivation isn’t typically the issue with me.
    It’s focus
    My brother has always said

“You always get where you’re going ... you just go from A to Z to B “
    He knows me well.

I’m not sure some of the things like the Gas pump are H.A.M.B. friendly so I refrain from posting.
Been busy with projects around the yard before winter sets in. Crazy as it sounds I look forward to shorter/ colder days because it forces me into the garage.
This weekend project is to finish the 50’s style gas station pole I’m building for the 36” Texaco sign that will hang over my gas pump. Haha.
Oh I bought another gas pump too and an off topic truck [IMG] BEFORE

said the man with the COUCH!! ( and 6ft brake, blast cabinet, dirt bike, press, legit work bench, big ass compressor, and a FULL kitchen)

Never let SIZE be an excuse for poor performance (HaHa)
Mike's doing great, even with "no room"!
Hoard those parts!! You should be able to fit at least 2 more Model A's in there!!

Thanks for the update Mike! The gas pump is very cool and always welcome fodder here on the HAMB!!! Where the heck do you have room for a brake!?
And, of course, pictures or it didn't happen! ! Lol

Hahaha !!! I’m dying laughing over here !
    That’s right mike !
It’s not the size of the garage it’s how you use it.

This is the Connecticut 48” or “ 6foot” break Mr Bowling referred to. Haha. With table and if you look on the trailer the 12’ light pole or (2) ya I bought two are there.
    (Work in progress)

Plus a whole bunch of other crap. I’m gearing up to get started on the sedan again.
Mike and Ronnie (Wheeldog) came over after the gathering and looked at my parts pile and helped me with some direction on a few things I was stumped on.
Updates on the Sedan soon to come ! [IMG]

4 feet, 6 feet, whatever- still better than 2x4's, clamps, and a sledge hammer!

You can make seats on a brake like that pretty easy. I did mine on a HF 30" and believe me, it demonstrated where a long finger brake would SHINE!

Add a shrinker/stretcher and some aircraft punches and you get this:

I have a running list of tools I would like to acquire. That was one of them. I sold some parts to NashRodMan (Paul) in order to buy that.
    All part of the journey.

Speaking of tools, I just bought one of these after making a mess of some exhaust tubing with a plumbing pipe cutter:

You did a great job on your seats, Pat. I’m looking for comfort so I don’t get blisters on my ass

Finishing up a few projects before I hunker down in the garage for the cold months
Finished up my pump and gas station light / sign pole for the front of the garage
    [IMG]
Picked up a Pexto Anvil rail with 16 different anvils from the same guy I bought my metal brake from. His dad had built a table for them and I purchased the table with the break. The anvil rail bolts to the opposite side. As you can see. I put casters w locks on the legs so I could utilize both with saving space.
Installed a chain fall and trolley on a 20’ beam last night to handle all the heavy lifting moving forward [IMG]

Next is to finish up the upgraded led lighting then set the body back on the frame to finish up my steering/column fit and start the floor.

I get fixated on something then hatch up a plan and go for it. Sometimes it works.

I had to remove the 4’ shop lights on the ceiling to install the beam. So I decided to just replace them with 4’ LED shop lights running the length of the garage. There are now 4 - 4’ led lights on either side of the slopes ceilings ... I’m going to need a welding helmet to walk in my garage
I’m getting old ...my eyesight is going haha.

No such thing as TOO MUCH light! ( unless your sweatshirt's on fire)
That garage is going to be a show piece when you're done.
    Full speed ahead!!

The time has come ... but I had to add a Pexto Metal Shear to the collection first.
Broke in the chain fall lifting out of the truck ... holy smoke I was sweating !
It didn’t collapse so I guess I’m good to go
    ...[IMG]
Had some “extra” steel so I built a tire/wheel rack for my “tire department” as Mike Bowling called it. [IMG]

Then braced the body and up she went back onto the chassis
[IMG] first time it’s been on since I recessed the firewall. Fits perfect
Working on getting the visor and windshield header fitted this am ... then who knows. I’ve got a lot to do.
    [IMG] enjoy
