    Fitted...Getting a bunch ready for weld so I can clean My "welding table" and get comfy later

    Mock Up - Thinking of "forging" a bracket & use Existing Bolts.
    Running Lights / Horns will be mounted higher up - inside the hoop.

    ~2inches clearance at the closest point...(Can't turn the wheels with the 2x4's)
    I'll Slide it in 1/2 inch forward 1/2 inch...Should be 3+...?

    Tank Bracket - will be welded to roll hoop with Tabs. Padding on the tank up against the seat back + Straps or Belts will hold tank "in place".

    When I built the sub-frame i started with steel strips bolted to the frame nuts...
    Holes are exactly the same size as bolts....(Some off by / 1/16 inch!)

    I'll have to lift up the body and enlarge the holes a bit....3/16" bigger.

    I was going to do another pie cut on the bottom to remove the peak.
    Instead I tacked the center & hammered and dollied the double edge straight
    and the bottom edge B4 I finish welded it.

    They're a little off....can't tell when it's on...gives it character!

    I've been following this thread for a while and it's really coming along great! Thanks for the comment on my stanchions, they aren't hard to make, just time consuming.

    The "replacement lenses" are so shallow that,

    Even though there slightly recessed in the bucket
    the bulbs still stick out past the Glass Lens!

    Trying to find SHORT 9007 Halogen Bulbs...
    ANY IDEAS?

    Not too keen on LED's (they're shorter ~1/2")
    may be the only solution....FOR NOW?

    Ran out of Acetylene at the last bend!! Phew!

    Found Amber W97's on the web!! All yellow will look good!

    Had to make "hand cuffs" to hold the locks in place...(bad groves) other than that they're good lights.
