With all of the cutting and reshaping I'm not really sure. It got to the point where I just stopped measuring for anything other than keeping things square.

The coupe has been moved out of the garage and into storage, but here are a couple of parting shots to maintain my street cred.

Well I have a beer can so I think I can figure it out, but it will be a while before I have a $100.

Just moving it out of the way for now. I want to spend more time on my truck and I've moved an AV8 project into the garage - I'll post some details when I have something worth showing.

  12. Is the beginning thread of the coupe build still accessible? I searched every way I could think of.

If you click on "Kevin Lee" and then click on "view public profile" you will go to his profile page, then click on the "Statistics" tab and click on "Find all threads started by Kevin Lee" and if you look through there you should be able to find threads on his coupe.

Looking like it should Kevin. Leaning the windshield back will serve too!

I could have sworn there was another update on this. I know you even drove to ASS to do some work, but can't find the thread for some reason.

That coupe is taking on a wicked and sinister look. I'm not so sure my old neck could scrunch down enough to drive it anymore though.

No problem! The only reason why I remembered was because I came across it last week and read through it. One of the best road trip threads on here!

  21. You just leave the floor board out of the drivers side and set the seat real low. You accomplish tow thigs that way less neck pain and speed bumps are an instant cure for hemroids.

The car is a work of art that is for sure. Hard to believe that this is only Kevin's second car and the first was also a masterpiece. The man shows experience and talent way beyond his years. Were he born 30 years earlier we would be reading books about him today.

I know this is an old thread I'm wondering if the car was finished. I searched but was unable to find anything out other than it going to austin speed shop.
