Price query on repro '32 shell and grille

Since I trust y'all's opinions (yes, gratuitous sucking-up here) I'm wondering what you think about a steel '32 shell with a stainless grille w/ hole for about $400 shipped. I know what the original stuff costs, way out of my league, so I'm just wondering. Seller has top-notch reputation.

 

But what about the parts he sells?

For a Brookville or Vintique shell & Dale's insert, that's a super deal. If the insert is from a Chinese Deuce, you're better off without it.

Paul Ellis priced me a Vintique shell, Dale's insert, the radiator trim, Ford emblem, & cap for $500 a while back. I thought it was a hell of a deal.

Vaphead sells the Dales insert ... I have seen him say so here ... He is a HAMBer and ships quickly and gives good prices ...
