  5. As @rfraze already mentioned, (long-time family friend, Turlock Swap promoter, and fellow HAMBer) @rich roberts built this car hauler for his Nostalgia Drag Cars.

    Rich started with a 1941 GMC COE and an old 3-axle farm trailer ... here's some circa 2010 & 2011 pics:

    Just a little follow up on Rich's Big Yellow Hauler, he sold it last month at the Mecum Auction in Monterey and now rolls to the drags with this setup also built from the ground up by him in his home shop.

    Yes, and a great bunch of talented friends.

    (In above pictured cars) Rich's red Willys was one of the quickest square Willys ever. I don't think Rich ever owned the yellow '34 Willys. It was another of Mel Bryson's cars that Johnnie Wood (RIP) bought and had painted yellow. Later owned by Casey Truer.
