Hot Rods Possible Scam?

So I had my want ad for a passenger door for a 1928 Dodge Victory Six 5 window coupe answered by someone here on the HAMB by the moniker DENTIST. He referred me to someone named Dana Neal in Tucson Arizona. He supposedly has a door, but sent me a picture of the whole nicely restored car, when asked again for a picture of the door he sent the same picture again. He insists to be paid through BitCoin and I find this whole thing to be quite fishy and smells like a scam. Anyone else deal with this DENTIST?

Bit coin has no value...just like the imaginary door he is trying to sell you. So if he scams you for something of no value for something of no value is it a crime.
