I have 4, 20 x 60's on the track, Ill have the smoker cooking meat, and the cooler cooling beer! I might even try to sell some shit, if I can cook, drink, and sell shit on crutches, at the same time!!

Yes. The damn Cirques de Soleil (spelling?) is gonna take a big chunk of the stalls like they did 2 years ago.

We lost the stalls that my dad had for over 25 years when they moved in.

That really sucks. I am sure it was a move by the Expo folks to generate more $.

 

I'll be there, it's the 50th anniversary and I think I've only missed a couple in the last 40 years.

 

Expo didn't even talk to the club that puts on the Expo swap meet! They just told them they couldn't have those spaces for the next ten years, without any conversation on the subject. Even though Cirque duSolei (sp?) only uses the lot every other year, they're still not available in the off years.
Crap like that is typical of Metro, who operates the Expo Center buildings.

 

This weekend! Man I love this swap.

 

I am hoping to hit this and find some 62 galaxie stuff.

 

Heading out in the small hours of Saturday, coming home the same day...lots to view in a short time.

I never seem to meet any HAMBers although lots are in attendance, we need more HAMB shirts and hats.

 

Not enough to sell to warrant a stall this year, but will be wandering for a few hours none the less. New baby makes me penniless but will "look" anway!

 

Will be there with a lot of NOS Ford stuff. 50's 60's 70's. Used Ford stuff from same eras. Some '64 Galaxie 500 XL stuff. Hall E. Spaces # 4242,4243,4244,4245.

Will also have a '59 Rambler in outside stall #6131.

Stop in and say Hello!

 

I usually have a couple of spaces, but this year I'm just looking.

 

I'll be there looking for a few things for buddies and customers. Hope the weather holds this year.

If it isn't raining it's not the Portland swap meet. The rain keeps all the wussies home.

 

True, but I'm bundled up in rain gear every day, would like a break to take in some of the sunshine.
Did you attend the vintiques show last year with a hand made door, or maybe someone from your shop?
