   ive had some por15 metal ready on the shelf a while ..less than a year
   
   just poured some out and its gone milky white instead of the clear blue colour
   
   is it spent or what

   I've had some for longer than you stated and have had no problem. POR 15 claims you can use it and pour what you haven't used back in the container.Can only suggest it wasn't sealed tightly
