pontiac? engine I D help needed

hey guys i got this motor from a club member for free! he said it was running when they pulled it ,any way he thought it was a pontiac 425 69-72 ? anyway numbers on the back next to the distributer are 4 above 343 cfd , on the left front tab x103110 , on the front 396021, a large f cast on the right side , and the heads cfd 409 100 . thanks for the help.

 

forgot to post pics on the first post you cant really see the numbers but the second pic is the tab on the left side the other is the rear .

 

That looks like an olds to me.

 

It's an olds, not poncho. Could very well be a 425, kinda looks like a toronado oil pan

 

ya might not be pontiac ,

 

thats kinda what i was thinkin , any info on olds motors ?

looks like a 68 to 72 455 Olds

seems Squirrel got the holeshot on me!

 

Valve cover holes gave it away.
