Meteors: aftermarket fuel injection system made by Saty Company of Rhode Island. The were designed as a straight carb replacement -- bolt straight to intake manifold, use regular fuel lines and carb linkage. They made at least 2 models, 100s and 200s. I got 3 NOS 100s from Scooby, and they look cool as hell.

From what I can tell the company only existed from 1956-8, and the units were only advertised in '57 and '58. I think they tried to capitalize on the fuelie craze of '57 (debut of the Rochester fuelie), but at $90 per, they were way too expensive for the the hot rod market. '58 was a big recession year too, which probably contributed to them going belly-up.
