Please identify Pre-war deluxe steering wheel

    This Pre-War wheel is a bit of a mystery. I'm told it may be a deluxe Chrysler of the 1930's but I thought someone on the HAMB may know for sure. Inlay on the horn ring looks to be Mother of Pearl. Thanks
