Technical Please help ID this Carlisle find Speedo

    Anyone recognize this Speedometer? Found it at Carlisle on Friday. Great weather and nice crowd. Fall Carlisle is somewhat of a staging area for Hershey. A bit sparse in the back, and some inappropriate vendors sneaking in the front (do we really need CDB oil?). But overall, still a great swap meet. Now my aching feet......
