    Hi everyone! :)
I would need your help to identify some cars for the magazine.

Would anyone happen to know the names of the owners of these cars? Or would you know how to contact these guys? Thanks a lot if you can help! If you have any other info (technical, anecdotes, etc.) on these cars, that would be useful to me too!

    Thanks,

    Jerry

#4 (phat57?) and #8 are HAMBers too, but I don't know their screen names.

Hey Jerry, you wouldn't happen to have a couple of pics of the silver Ford convertible in the background of this pic would you?

Also, any plans for R&P to go bi-monthly? Its a neat little mag.

Car #12 was parked next to us at Bonneville for 3 days. All I can tell you is that he was probably in his late 60's or older, and only had one arm(he had a prosthesis) He said he had been going to Bonneville since the 50's. I think(don't quote me on this) he lived fairly close to the flats. Wish I could help more

Thanks to you all for your replies so far. Please note that the owner of car #1 has also sent me a PM!

I've just checked and my buddy Eddy didn't take any photos of that one, sorry.

I should, I should... I've spent a lot of time these last few months working on my cars and the house, MAYBE in the future when these projects are done I'll go bi-monthly, though that would mean a lot more work for me! :D

Car 7 is Zibo's (think I got that right) here on the HAMB.

Car #2 belongs to a guy named Jeff Jones from Morgan Hill. A co-worker of mine...a good guy.

#14 was built and is owned by friend Bill Mcelley of Anderson, Missouri. Bill builds an early style hot rod like this each year and he usually sells them at Bonneville. He hand forms the bodies out of aluminum. As luck would have it the clutch linkage broke on this car when he got to Bonneville and he was unable to drive it out on the salt. Bill is a great guy and great builder.
