Only 2 places that dont serve alcohol are Juicy's and Bootleg. There is no alcohol sold in Jefferson county until after 1 on sunday. Outlying counties may not sell alcohol at all on sundays if that is your thing. We have more dry counties than wet ones in the state that produces 95% of the Burbon In the World...
If any other locals want to chime in or you have a place you dig eatin at while here, please add it. If you can't tell, I love to eat. A lot...
There are many more to add. If you have a specific type of food you dig, give me a yell and i will be happy to let you know. Happy eatin and hotroddin, Kenny
P.S. If anyone gets in a jam or broken down, Give me a yell. I took off work thurs and fri so I will be avail and have friends with rollbacks and wreckers. I just don't have Bail Money cause I spent it all on my car. hahahaha Kenny 502 417 9921

Famous Dave's BBQ just across the 65 bridge on the Indiana side at Vetern's Blvd. It's franchise BBQ but not bad. There are several restaurants on Veteren's Blvd. Only about 15 minute drive from the madness of the fairgrounds.

I love the place. It has become my place to eat after the spring swap meet.:):):)

  12. Just a helpful hint...Pat's is CASH ONLY. :D

Another great choice is any of the BBC's (Bluegrass Brewing Company) or Barbara Lee's Kitchen on Brownsboro Road (image an old family-owned waffle house!!)
