Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Just Jones, Jun 25, 2010.

  1. Awesome thread guys!! One day when I have a squillion dollars I'm a get me a hilborn injected y block ford straight axle to play with :)

I think one of the Executioners of London has a straight axle 57 ford too but I can't find a pic of it? I remember seeing it and a green early 60s 2 door falcon gasser whilst over there a few years back..

  2. Here are a couple of one of my favorite Ranchwagon, not sure if it is a Gasser, but sure is a Tri-Five Ford Drag car.

  19. I don't have a clue why you guy's can not see them. All I can suggest is to go to my Photo gallery and look at them?

  20. This 55' has been for sale for some time now in Carson ND. Was an old drag car from Minnesota. Body is suppose to be in decent shape, has a straight axle on it, no motor.

Just curious - are you trying to see the pictures at work? If so, they may be blocked by your system administrator's firewall settings. Don't ask me how I know this . . . I see these pictures fine at home on my laptop.

I'm probably going to regret asking this, but could you PM me contact info about that car? And what they want for it, if you know? I need another project like I need a tax audit, but hey, its cool. - Terry

Not a gasser yet, but thats the long term plan. For now, here are a few, one how I found her, the original motor, the body changes and lastly the new motor in her. Next is the straight axle.

The black 57 in the picture with Riki I remember parked in front of a house on Glenoaks in Glendale in the 60s I think it is the same one i saw in a impound yard of Grand Central in Glendale. any of you ever street race on Grand Central in the early 70s?
