    got this plaque in the stash of parts from the recent auction. I never heard of the Dragons, anyone know anything about them? Dragons.jpg

    Nice. I'm originally from the Monroeville area and never heard of the club. It might take someone older than me (75) to recognize the name. I have been searching for a DUSTERS car club plaque.

    I liked the races down Sears Lot in Lawrenceville 10th ward. Used to watch Chris's dad race there. I think he had a 62-63 Impala that was real nice!

    I guess that Ford also raced at PID?

    Do you remember this guy? Joe Minert..

    I could of had that car back in the seventies for $700!! I keep kicking myself everytime I look at the photos. Joe used to spot small blocks, 6 cyl's etc. half the track and still beat them..

    Yes. A little before my time, but I am assuming early 60's.
