I'm not really understanding the question!

Do you know the year of the F100 steering box? (Some people confuse the F1 and the F100)
Was it from a truck with an I-beam axle??? (Twin I Beam is different steering)
Are you thinking that the Pitman arm goes up??? (It doesn't...)
Are you wondering if it fits the original 34 arm? (F100 won't but F1 will...I think! LoL)

    Pics always help...:D

If you are mounting the box in the original location on the frame it should clear the fender....If you are putting it in a different loctation you will have to mock it up and bolt a fender on and see....

This is an F1 in a 34 P/U. I know it's not the same but you can get an idea that there is plenty of room.

The F100 pinch bolt does not stick up that much. You will need 1 3/4" from the center of the sector shaft to the top of the arm for fender clearance. They have been doing this for over 50 years.
