This is not the elusive $10,000 32 Ford one :D, but I do not know what it fits or what it is worth $$.

I saved it from a Rat Rod existence....

after googling around, I think it is from a 36 Plymouth, but I wanted to be sure

I don't see how it could be for a 36 plymouth.

It is not a 36 Ford I had one of these and the are very different than this one.

I had one of these as well but it is different than this maybe a different GM product but I would have to think it is definetly in this era.

These are not worth a heap of $$$ but are very neat looking to say the least.

Ok, that make sense. But it still looks like yours is not as wide as that.

ok, overall height is 34", width at the top is 15 1/2", width at bottom is 13" measuring across it, not along the radius of the front.

    the opening in the panel is 20 1/4" x 7 1/4"

It sure looks like a '36 Plymouth to me. These are pictures of one I bought from an estate sale. The one one my car came with the car, as well as a very old partial cloth winterfront. The notch in the doors is for the grille emblem. The notch at the top is for the radiator mascot.

    $4.95

Thanks for your info and photos. I got a set of light buckets from the same guy, and they look just like the ones on your car too, so now I am sure it for a Plymouth.

I'd try to sell it if it were worth lots of money, but if it isn't, I'll just hang it in the shop as Garage Art.

I saw one of these bid to about $300.00 on ebay a year ago. The seller wanted more, and it didn't sell. My guess would be $100.00 to $200.00, but it is a rare piece. Now, with a La Salle grille and a little creativity...
