My 8yr old daughter just out of the blue told me she wanted to learn to pinstripe. Whats a good brush to get the ball rolling? She has asked me twice for brushes and paint. Thanks for any help.

  5. A used 00 mack. Just gave one away today at a car show to a young-un, He seemd like a potential to keep this art alive.

If you can grab a mack 20/000 from the local parts or paint supply, that would make a fine starter brush.

I took several to billitproof detroit a few years back so my kids could try some lines. Every kid that came by ended up giving it a go. It was fun watching the kids pull lines, just had to help them keep the brushes wet so thay didn't pull all the hair out of the brushes. I had some marble toned lucite panels for them to stripe on.

Mack 000. Better striping now than stripping later. Skillz are good!
