I bought some towel city 29.5/10r16 pie crust black walls...
8 or 10" width on the wheels... (Michelin says 7-9 for the original casing)
Im guessing everyone is going to say 10... any reasons why?

Application matter? if i use these on my 32 chevy 5 window vs my 56 gasser project

If I had to do it all over again, id buy the 15". There are so many more options and less expensive wheel choices.

I did the Towel City 16"/28" tall/9"wide tires and mounted then on 8.5 inch rims. Looks good but I am like the 29" diameter of the 10". I like to see the tire standing up rather than being stretched if that makes any sense at all (flat side walls, no bulge). I think I could go to the 10" wide tire on these 8.5" rims and still get the right look. Hope this helps.
