Technical picture of 49 ford jack

hi , ive been trying to buy a bumper jack for my 49 ford car and im getting pictures of all different kind of jacks I don't have an old one so I don't know what it is suppose to look like. could someone post a pic of the correct one? thanks a lot , tony
