I missed this thread. Great progress, I'm a fan of 32 sedans and this will be a nice little driver.

Thanks Monty, I feel like its getting so close that I can taste it. Hows yours coming along?

  13. Hey Tim, I'm just happy that it's in my garage and not bobbing around the ocean in a sea container. My first job is to knock off the surface rust an get it in an epoxy. I'll have to borrow your username if I wait too long.

  15. Hey Tim, looking great, this is just me but you need to get rid of the Cowboy Pipes in the Back, shorten them up and hide them under the back somewhere, otherwise the going to be one Bad A$$ 32 Sedan.

I agree, the car is looking really good but those pipes are hideous.
Love the color by the way ;)

Once the gas tank, frame horn covers, bumper irons and bumper are on they dont stick out like a sore thumb. My tank is 16 gallon so its deeper than stock. Believe me it looks fine.

This was yesterdays project on the sedan. I cut this bezel out of a piece of 1/4" alum. I used my router with a carbide round over bit on the edges and then sanded and sanded and sanded. I milled the back side around the holes so the trim guy can glue a boot to it. I bent it to form around the trans tunnel and drilled the mounting holes and now all thats left is to give it a final polish. IMG_0096.jpg IMG_0100.JPG IMG_0102.jpg
