Searched to see if this was covered in an old thread but couldn't find anything...so if there is one please post the link. But what I'm looking for is pictures of engines in customs (ideally 50's and 60's customs). I'm helping a friend build a 62 t-bird and need some inspiration for under the hood....lets see what you guys have.
I'm not sure these are gonna help you much, and I prefer customs with the hoods closed...... but I snapped these at the Round Up of Mercury Charlie's ride.
" I prefer customs with the hoods closed" So do I...however my buddy is more of a muscle car guy so I'm trying to show him some examples of late 50's early 60's customs so he doesnt make it look like a muscle car under the hood (colour wires, ford blue block, typical air cleacner etc)
