Projects Photoshop help

I know it may be a lot to ask but if somebody has the capability of Photoshop I would love to see my car with black walls with chrome mags and light gray mags or anything you think might look good I'll post a couple pictures on here maybe it's something you can work with I'm looking for a Nostalgia drag car look thank you

Can someone please help to put Black Walls and different Wheels on my 40 Ford if you can do that with your Photoshop it would be awesome looking for either Chrome or light gray wheels that you would see on a Nostalgia drag car with black walls thank you so much of you can do that
