bajones- That looks exactly like my 65 impala now. Regal red with black vinyl top, Did yours have a white bucket interior? 327/pg.. fourspeed
46steel, i know what you mean..i sold my roadster and coupe to purchase a new home..thats what started this thread..
Hey fellas, Just wanted to ask if anyone else had some time to post some extra car pics of some you wish you never sold..Just like to see some more..Thanks
Just a couple...
Can't keep them all, or can you!!!!
My old 55
O/T car but I really miss my 72 Demon
that thing got looks everywhere with the white top, stripes and white walls. odd combo but it pulled em off.
Three that I REALLY miss....1936 Dodge Brothers touring sedan, 1955 Dodge Custom Royal Lancer with 65,000 original miles on it and my 1957 MGA roadster. I have had a couple of hundred cars, but these are the ones I miss most. Glad I never sold my 1931 DB business coupe when I was a kid.
Has anyone sold a car lately and wish they didn't? Show us the pic..
I sold my 61 Galaxie when I still lived in WI back in 2000. I used the money to start my tattoo shop in Orange Co. CA. My shop is still going and I'm making a living and building two great cars but I sure do miss this one.
Does anyone ever see this car around St. Paul MN?
I traded a '70 Buick Skylark convert on a '67 Firebird 400 convert.
I wish I had the Buick still 'cause it was SO comfortable and I wish I had the Firebird too 'cause its worth huge money now and I could use the cash :0
I'd quite like to have my '39 truck back ... but it got wrecked
Wish i had photos of it.... So i had a car that is barely h.a.m.b. worthy that started production in '48 and ended almost unchanged in the mid '70s, lowered on widened steel wheels and a datsun engine. Stop laughing! It would smoke the tires in the first 3 gears and outrun police cars, i only know this because i had a police radio & chase them to callouts on a boring afternoon. It would corner sideways on every single corner if i wanted it to (a trait that may have been its undoing, buyer was not really a car person so i guess they put it in a ditch on the first wet day they drove it). So much fun but dad made me sell it.
Just one of many. Hugh also wishes he hadn't sold it, he sold it to me!
OOOOO! That's nice. Betcha have trouble finding it if ya parked it at the mall.
I sure do miss my old 33 chevy. It was a blast to drive.
But I too have a happy ending as we are working on another one.

63 grand prix 389 tripower 4 speed car

I really miss this one.
You guys are starting to get too new and off topic.....lets keep it pre-65.
Here are couple I wish I had back. You don't know what you've got till it's gone.
231ramona, I don't mean to hi-jack this thread, but as you probably know, your 34 coupe was originally owned by Rick McMichaels in SLC. Do you know its whereabouts now?
Yes, Here's a thread about it.
Anyone else have any they wish they never sold? Photos please
I wish I could have kept most of the ones I have owned including all 6 of my 1937 Chevy cars and trucks.
I do however miss my first car from 1953.
Our most missed car was our Chopped 37 Chevy Sedan. I got lucky finding the car in 2011, buying it back and totally enjoying it again.
Our second most missed car is the 37 Chevy Sedan Delivery which was a fun creative build that I made into a family friendly window delivery. Sold it to a guy in Indiana who later sold it to Marty Fisher in California. Last time I saw it for sale again at a price way over my budget.
