Great shots KIRK! Thanks for sharing.
This makes me want to sell my Fordor body & call Brookville:
Great pix . Thanks Kirk.
cool pictures as always KIRK!
I was right!
(mine is also a Fonzi Pick, it's the blue wagon behind this ...... well, whatever it is. Photo courtesy X-Gasser)
I didn't see much I liked, but these were COOLAMUNDO!
Nothing is more traditional than garbage, mailboxes and shopping carts. This one's pretty much PERFECT!
Thanks guys! The best part of me winning was the look on people's faces when they saw my truck parked in the winners circle! I'd watch them walk up to it with a "what is this turd doing here" look as they read the paper on the windshield that said Street Challenge Autocross Winner. They would glance at the truck again and walk on. I found it humorous because I know it's ugly. Just some fun facts, I drove it about 170 miles there (and back) and got 15-16 mpg both ways. Hopefully by next year it will look a little better. Now I have to decide what size of BFG's I'm going to get.....
Great shots..no surprise there.
Doc, it was good to meet you. Too bad you ran out of gas, I wondered where you disappeared too during the awards. Your car looked good there and congrats on the Suede & Chrome award. If you don't mind, what color is that on your sedan? I've been looking at blue's for about a year trying to decide on one and the one on your sedan and the flat blue rpu really caught my eye. Thanks.
Terrific photos. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for puttin' up the great pics. Too much inspiration,... gotta get to work on the '57!
So, fill us in on what award Kevin AKA DOC. won with his new ride....and how about some photos of his new FatLuckys interior.
Byron and I were walking around on Saturday...he was sipping a Dr. Pepper as we walked by this treasure. I said "Oh yeah....this one's gettin' Fonzied!" and I think a little DP shot out of his nose
I second this request....and Im glad to that Fonz dressed appropriately for the show!
It was more than a little DP out my nose, it was all fizz after you said that and the other choice comments you make.
Yep, that sir was a hot rod.
Kirk, you and 3WLarry must have been hangin' out together, I missed both of ya. Also missed the dinner at Babes, Saturday night....... Gonna have to ink that one in for next year.
Great pictures (as usual) KIRK!
Thanks for taking the time to post 'em all.
why doesnt our NAPA have girls like that nice shots as always, thanks KIRK!
I don't have shots of his interior, but of course it was amazing. I think someone posted pics in Fidgiter's thread.
He won the Suede & Chrome Pick. Well deserved.
this looks like one of those tugs they use at the airport for hauling the baggage carts around. was this show at the airport?
I'm pretty sure that's Hammer Hanks old car. He spent a lot of time getting the car to look rite after extending the body. He had it listed in the classifieds back in February.

Here we go.
See, I told you...BITCHIN!
I didn't notice what the gauge was...looks like a tach maybe...but the gauge and switches in the driver's kick panel are a pretty cool touch!
I think it was a fuel pressure.
Great pics, that Fat Lucky's interior is amazing.
Wow, that seat is really cool, love the rivets.
What is up with the COWCATCHER on the front?!
Wow great pics KIRK it was our first big show since moving to Texas, and this event was 100 times better than the one you use to have in Jacksonville(our old home town). Thanks for taking the time to sign the door on the van, and it was great meeting everyone from on here that we did. Look forward to meeting fidgiter eventually lol
By the way does anyone on here know how to get ahold of those guys from grease worms from here in TX. I talked to them about shooting that blue flaked car, and didnt get there info.
