Steve Gilligan's '40 all the way from Vancouver, always great to see the Gilligans!
Thanks for the info Dirty Dug.
For those of you interested, I have just started a thread for Jalopyrama 2016. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/photos-from-the-outstanding-2016-jalopyrama.1037062/ There is still plenty more to go on this one as well.
Great as always thanks Dan

There will be more of those Joe. Thanks.
Dan, Thanks for the shots of my car. Which car were you driving or riding in?
Tonight is the first time I noticed this thread, and I just finished slowly going through it all. Wow, what a trip!!!!
My pleasure. I absolutely love your car Uncle Buck. I have other shots of it that I will hopefully will have time to work on.
I am glad you enjoyed - it was even better in real life. Thanks Bob!
Also - I forgot to answer your question - I was just driving a rental.
Love the fall background colors they add to the overall quality of the pictures, thanks for shareing with us. Frank
You're welcome Frank. Having a good background and nice light really helps a lot.
Dan, When you are traveling all the events you should post you will be attending and are looking for an available seat to ride in while there. It would free you up for taking pictures along the route of the beautiful scenery with the cars in motion also. We all appreciate your outstanding photos and I would most definitely have offered as would others here I am sure. The adventure is always better in a hot rod, plus you get somewhat of a tour guide.
So...you'd have left me at home?
Dan's work is always a must see, and what an event to work with. wow
Not if you would get your roadster done! We had available seat space in Kelly's car for you or Dan - heck I think that was how you got home
Thanks Uncle Buck - I will definitely take you or someone up on that next time. I have done it quite a bit, but of course, after I have been somewhere and met people.
chriseakin - I am not sure if it is or not - though it does look like one.
Yes it is an Australian 35 ford ute

Thanks for that answer on the 35 Ford, Uncle Buck
dan - the pictures are great as usual. Ive heard of this run many times over the years but can never seem to find a date for it. is it an open run or invitation only ? can any one answer this ?
Thanks Brand Apart. It really was a very nice event photographically. Great planning by the guys in charge and lots of people seemed to know how to park to make it easier to get a primo picture.
Thanks round2it. I don't know the rules for it, but I'm sure someone following the thread does.
Date of run used to be common knowledge but it was getting too big so it's now a tightly held secret known only by the most trustworthy of the group. See how well it works.
