Mandark Mandark is Dexter's arch-rival, and is actually smarter. He, too, has a secret lab, and competes with Dexter in everything, and he is the only other person who knows of Dex's Lab. His only flaw is that he is crazy about one girl: Dee Dee. This has posed a problem for him in the past. He tried to lure her into his lab with candy, only to have her destroy it. He also lost the Soap-Box race to Dexter by being distracted by Dee Dee, who was disguised as "Racer D" (a cop-out of Speed Racer's brother Rex, who races against Speed as "Racer X").
