early notice that March will be extra busy! Perhaps more busy than Jan.

March 9-11 Good Guys Scottsdale

March 16-7 40th annual 2 day swap at GCC. This will be big because of the 2 days.

March 30-1 Az State Fair Grounds 2 day swap

 

There will be a Glendale Community college auto swap meet this Sunday morning. 59th ave and Olive.
I will be passing out save Speedworld flyers for the rally.

 

Is it possible to get up a "Save Speedworld" petition for folks to sign?

Did anyone find anthing special this morning? I did not buy anything myself this time but, there were a lot of people there selling

Man, I can hardly wait to get there...leaving for Phoenix tonight. Any swap meets going on in Phoenix area mar 2-9Th that I may have missed. I thought Glendale college had one this weekend, but I'm not finding it. I'm aware of the Socal one on the 9th...did I read somewhere it's usually over by 9:30??

I question whether or not the "Just Sell It" swap will take place this weekend, since the "big" two day VCCA swap is the following weekend.

Acording to their schedule, there will be no "Just Sell It" swapmeet in March.

O/T but Im leaving PHX tonight to stay in Vegas until monday any swaps going on this week end up there? or cool shows? some one should start one of these "meets of interest" for LasVegas since Im moving there almost exactly in one year.

Next week, I plan to attend the GCC swap meet.

Also, Saturday, March 23rd is Nitro Jam in Tucson at SIR. Being a nitro junkie and not able right now to run my own car, I will head there to get a bit of my nitro fix satisfied. There will be some fuel altereds there and some nostalgia nitro funny cars too!
It is at SIR Tucson.
We are looking into going there early and doing something prior to. Any ideas?

 

I received an e-mail from the promotors of the big swapmeet at the fairgrounds, they say that the dates have been changed to 3/29 - 3/30 due to 3/31 being Easter Sunday.

 

Now where will i host an Easter egg hunt

 

This Friday and Saturday is the Todd Harding swap at the Az state fair grounds. I plan to attend. Anyone else?

Anyone else go? I did OK, bought an intake, a timing cover and 2 vintage model airplane kits. It felt good to leave there having bought some stuff for a change. You just never know what will show up.

 

I went by after breakfast. Lots of neat stuff but didnt find anything I needed.
