I was too busy spending money to take pics. LOL. But I DID get some awesome 235 speed parts (Intake and headers) for the '52, some paint supplies, and my sweet 15 year old talked me into the first ever complete running car purchase from Petit Jean for me in my 30+ years of attending. Sadly it was NOT the Model T speedster or tri-five chevy I drooled over, but it's for her anyway.. It ain't HAMB friendly but apparently at 15, small Japanese convertibles are very close to irresistible. At least it's a manual transmission....
My son and I were up there Friday...we've been making this our annual pilgrimage for over a decade now. Pretty fair turn out this year. A buddy of ours brought his AV8. V8 60 with vintage Eddie Myers intake and heads. It really turned out nice! A few more pics
I learned to drive in my dad's '64 Falcon 4 dr, 6 cyl, three speed on the column, same color at the one pictured. @drdave and I had a lot of years of fun at Petit Jean, selling a little bit, buying a little bit, and visiting with friends a lot. Haven't been in 9 years; time flies!
