Is the car in NZ or here in the US? Looks like a foreign plate(Foreign to us anyways)

 

Stearing wheel looks to be on the right. I'm guessing it's outside of The 48.

New South Wales (NSW) registration, could be taken at Valla or Yamba going by cabins?
