I have seen wheel cylinders like this before, but not recently. I wonder if they might be 39-41 Chevy car. That's the only old original car I have owned that might have them. Everything else I have owned has been much newer or modified from original. I had a bunch of 32-33 Chevy stuff at one time, but they were mechanical brakes, so no luck there. my 2¢ .bjb
I believe those are early Chevy passenger car/pickup. I used to adjust those when servicing old Chevs when I was an apprentice.
I think The Chevy's of the '40's dealer site has pics of several versions. These were also used in Ansen conversions that made original '28-38 Ford backing plates into hydraulics, as the conversion removed the original adjuster mech along with the mechanical actuators...
