I lost a close friend and nore importantly a good friend of mine, and one of our members lost her one and only son, JC glasscock to a terrible logging accident, please keep her and the family in your prayers. JC left his wife and 2 young children behind and there was no insurance for them for for the funeral expenses so they really need help so if anyone would like to help we would really be thankfull for that, if I am over stepping my bounds by asking just let me know but they need help. Jim

[IMG]John Clinton “JC” Glasscock, 23, of Birch Tree, Missouri died on August 21, 2012 in Texas County, Missouri in a tragic logging accident. He was born September 30, 1988 in Honolulu, Hawaii, the son of Dwayne and Pam (Clinton) Glasscock.
JC graduated from Liberty High School with the class of 2007.
He was united in marriage to Kayla Jene Felts on May 20, 2007 at Alley Spring, Missouri. To this union, two beautiful children were born, Tyler Dwayne and Payton Marie.

JC loved life and lived it to the fullest.

I am really sorry to hear of your loss. We lost our 16 year old son last year and we are still struggling to come to terms with it.
It really is true that you don't know what you have until it is gone.
    Prayers for you.

Very sorry to hear of this young man's untimely death. Sounds like a fine young guy.

But take a lesson from this situation......NO ONE who has family responsibilities should be without some form of life insurance. Level Term Life Insurance is dirt cheap, especially when the insured is young, and would go a long way in easing the burdens this loss brings to his family.

I am not in the insurance business........just an advocate for getting priorities straight. End of sermon.

Again, very sorry for all the family and friends touched by this terrible event.

Prayers for JC and the family.

Three things we put off -- buying life insurance, making a will, setting aside a small part of every paycheck for retirement (an IRA) -- should be taught in high school !

I know Pam hasent posted alot lately but she is an aliance member and she does still lurk here alot. I think there were quite a few of the cars that she had for sale that went to HAMB members also, she also just found out a few weeks ago she has cancer so she has really been hit hard in the last few weeks.
