I'm looking to paint the backside of a windshield that will be glued in. Just blackout the edge to cover up the butyl rope seal. I came across this on the internet. Anyone used it? Or any suggestions on what to use. I sure don't want it turning loose and the glass falling out.

Go to your local autoglass installer....tell him what you want to do and he should be able to set you up with what you need.

I think you will want to paint the side of the glass away from the seal. If you still want to paint the side against the seal, you might want to call on the glass installer, as mentioned above. That glass primer does look like good stuff though.
