Has anyone taken thier car through the initial enchanced inspection? I am working on a fenderless 30 sedan an have plans for the fuel tank behind the back seat. I have seen this done many times but just noticed on the PENDOT website a notice to inspectors to look for fuel tanks in the passenger compartment or trunk. I would realy like to hear from someone who has actuall been through it if possible. Any input is helpful

I received a bulletin this week from PenDot, the enhanced inspector has to check for an external fuel fill and the tank has to be a designed and approved fuel tank. Section 175.80 (c) (3). PM me and I will FAX you a copy of the new check list.
