Projects P/U bed ID needed

Trying to figure out what make and year this bed is. This is the only picture I have of it. Measures 48 x 78.

Looking at stake pockets, I'd say Chevy also, pre- '54... just a guess...an 'educated' one...

 

Though they are not absolute evidence of the bed's origin, the wheels are old 6 lug Chevy......
