had one of those nasty things in 01,my heart goes out to him,im doing good now but still not 100% took me a few months to learn to walk normal but the body is a wonderfull thing,it may take awhile but it will heal itself it just takes time,i find after 8 years i still get new(old feelings)sensations on my right side,didnt feel hot water for one, last month the feelings came back some what so just hang in there and dont give up youll run again

Ah, man that is terrible, but glad to hear he is holding strong and coming back. He is on my hamb friend's list and hate to see he down. I don't pray much, but I'll definitely send one up for him and wish him a speedy and full recovery.

Keep faith. My Father in-law had a massive stroke some years back and it took him a year of therapy, but I'd bet now you couldn't tell he ever had one. My Father had a stroke two years ago and he has made a full recovery also! I feel your pain and worries... Praying for another full recovery! Scott
