OT: True Fire Painting at Crash! Customs

    This was a vehicle we painted last summer and I just came across the photos so I thought I would share and see if any of you are into the air brush thing. The owner of the truck, seen in the bed cleaning in one of the photos, did the airbrushing. Chad did the base / clear and the kandys between colors. 12 layers of paint to make up the actual fire.

    May not be traditional, but that's some DAMN nice work!
    That trucks arrow straight and the flames look great!

    I wouldn't mind that one myself :)

    Also to add, this is Tims daily driver. Or atleast it was, now he doesn't like driving it in the snow :D

    Pretty neat for a summer pup, we are trying to get him into the 50 cads now :eek:

    i like to do my 41 that way, wish somebody would do a tech on how to paint the fire.

    My boss does some air brushing at the shop...heres a couple pics of some of the stuff he did.

    There has been a few techs done online, do a search on google you are sure to find one :D
