OT I have Cancer Surgery tomorrow

Prayers for you.

A friend of the family had cancer in his eye, and had it removed, probably close to 40 years ago now. He adjusted well, and as far as I know, never had another issue with it.

 

I was diagnosed with tonsil cancer in Oct... two surgeries and 7 wks of radiation later, I'm 30 lbs lighter with one clean scan behind me!

My wife had a melanoma removed about six years ago & she's doing just fine (knock on my wooden head). You'll still be able to drive & I understand that although your mechanical ability to see in 3-D will be impaired, the brain still remembers & allows you to see 3-D through one eye. Best of luck!

this one hits home for me - as I have a growth in both eyes (doctor tells me its from sun damage from too much surfing.)I cant even pronounce what they call it! My thoughts go out to you, and i'll be praying you have a speedy recovery!
