Did a couple of searches, did'nt really find an answer. So here it goes...

I'am looking to paint my coupe in a green colour similar to the organic green that barris used. I know HOK has a kandy base, but i want a solid colour ( not transparent ).

I have found a forrest green colour from dupont, but not any organic green ( forrest green is to dark ).

I have checked out a vintage autocolour library, but I did'nt find any late 40's or early 50's standard colour named organic green. Maby it was a custom mix, or actually called something else...

So anyone have any ideas? pm or post.

    Thanks!

    Kenny.

"I think" you can get a a color chip at HD or Lowes. They got a million shades. Bring that sample to your auto paint guy and let him run it thru the scanner thing. That will give him a formula to work with when you decide what level of paint technology you want.

I thought this thread was going to be about "Earth-friendly" paints...
