Opinion: What Color?

I saw this coupe in a post by Titus and was wondering if anybody out there knows what color this is. I didn't want to highjack his thread so I started this one.

 

OD Olive Drab that's been rubbed out. Of course I'm moderatly color challenged.

 

Some variant of pewter?

love the color of the car, but the wheels would look better khaki.

 

Looks kinda like an original Ford color -- Winter Leaf Brown?

That is Jim Houstons coupe. It was featured in rod and custom late last year or early this year.

 

50Fraud- That's what I was thinking. I was wondering if it's a stock Ford color.

Does anybody have that Rod and Custom I'd like confirmation of the color.

 

If you Google "Winter Leaf Brown", you'll get a picture of Vern Tardel's roadster, which appears to be the same color.

 

Taupe.

 

If you paint the wheels are khaki you'd have to paint the car like a hawaiian t-shirt and give it a beer gut.

 

The May 2011 Rod & Custom states that it is PPG Winter Leaf Brown.

 

Regardless, that is one nice ride!

nice paint job but its a little bland for me. Olive Drab that has been slightly tinted would be my guess
