does anybody know if those books, commonly used for reference in salvage yards have been published anywhere online? i've found places that wanna sell you discs to plug in to your computer but i'm hoping that somebody somewhere has a public access library style website. would make a great setup for sourcing things to fit any given chassis.

here's an online Chevrolet Master Parts catalog. 1929 - 1954. not Hollanders but if you have an old chevy part and want to see what years it fits these books are invaluable. I have an original 1929 - 1958 as well as a 1935 - 1960-something.

there is other neat stuff to look at on that website too.
