Here is what I think is a custom 15" wheel cover made by National, some one correct me if I am wrong please. I got it with a bunch of other caps I bought a while back and just went through them and found this one. As I tried to show in pictures, it has some of the mounting clips rusted away so if you would want to mount it to a wheel they will need replaced. If nothing else it would look great as garage wall art to make your buddies ask what it is, maybe even bet them a beer on who made it $50.00 plus the ride from zip 45654. I accept paypal friends and family or a USPS money order. P.S. Does my reflection in the picture make me look fat?
