    hey. Hate to ask. Had a bunch of hospital BS come up in the middle of all of this and I am thrashing very hard to get this done. I am on the wire here. I noticed it says the 15th for the cutoff. But it also mentions the 15th the voting will begin. I am hoping midnight is good? Of the 15th? I really need that extra bit to get my tech completed. Please and thank you.
