Projects Oldsmobile in recent PPG print ads

Anybody know who painted this Olds that PPG is using in print ads? I am going to try the "negative flame" in the lace panels on my Son's pedal car....

I know I've seen it at a couple shows, but can't help on the owner. I'm sure somebody knows.

 

I'm pretty sure the owner/painter is a young guy who lives in central VA. His name escapes me right now.

The car was featured in R&C a few years ago. Here it is at the 2013 Rodders' Journal show in Baltimore.

 

Wow, JustGary... vivid colors in that shot. Makes it seem like the PPG shot has some kind of filter on it.
