Olds 324 Vacuum lines question

I bought a rebuildable 4 barrel carb for my 55 Olds.
Currently running a 2 barrel on the 324. Vacuum from
fuel pump to wiper is cut. I just want to get new lines.

Will vacuum lines for a two barrel work on a four barrel? I just need
To wait to save up to rebuild 4 barrel and all the lines from
Fusick are only $100.
