Hi, I'm Dave from Michigan. I came of age in the early '80s, so I drove a VW while dreaming of Hemis and trying to stuff a 440 into a Volare. I currently don't have a HAMB friendly vehicle, so I hesitated to introduce myself. (I have been lurking for a long time and enjoying the threads.) My next project is a 1970 Mercury Cougar. I only have space for one project at a time, so I will have to finish the Cougar before hitting another older car. Had to sell off all of the good stuff several years ago when I got sick to pay off the medical bills. (34 Ford truck, and a couple of old bikes plus race cars.) Hoping to eventually build another pre war Pickup or Roadster. For now, I build plastic models of oldies. If I ever hit on a combination I really like in plastic, I will try it in real steel! Dave
